Thank you so much for trusting me to capture such a meaningful moment in your life! It truly means more than you know that you chose me to be your photographer. Every session is an opportunity to tell a unique story, and I'm grateful that I get to be a part of yours.


You are almost done with the booking process. Please fill out the form below to confirm the details of the session.

Session Policy Agreement

Please read the following policies carefully before submitting the Session Confirmation Form. By submitting your booking form and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below.


Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A 20% deposit is required at the time this booking form is submitted to secure your session date and time

  • The remaining 80% balance is due at the end of the session


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the deposit

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded the deposit

  • If you need to reschedule, please email @ronaldzhouphotography@gmail.com as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability


    Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience and allotted session time

  • Late arrivals may have their session shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments

  • Late arrival may not guarantee the full image gallery

  • Clients who do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled session start time and have not communicated with the photographer will be considered a no-show. In this case, the session will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded


Image Usage Authorization

Ronald Zhou Photography may use images from the delivered gallery for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, portfolio and website, and advertising and marketing content. Your privacy is important! You will have the option to "opt out" if you do not wish to have your images used for these purposes. Selecting the opt-out option will not affect your session, pricing, or gallery delivery.
